Apple TV Plus is live in 100+ countries

Apple TV Plus is live now. People in 100 different countries now can enjoy Apple’s premium services by using their Apple platforms and selected Samsung devices. The streaming service marks the latest addition to the already crowded market. Apple TV Plus is expected to give a tough competition to other industry giants like Netflix, Disney, and HBO.

The CEO of Apple, Tim Cook, said this is a gift by Apple to its users while giving the reasoning about almost zero cost. Cook revealed he is very confident about the contents of the streaming service, and low cost will help to add new subscribers. The more people will see it, the subscriber Apple will add, he added.

Apple TV Plus costs 4.99 USD per month, but if anyone buy a new or refurbished Apple device the cost will be zero for one year. Cook emphasized the importance of software and services for the company’s future.

Apple is planning different offers like free subscription of Apple TV Plus for those who are paying for Apple Music to attract more audiences in the early stage of the platform. The company indicated an increase in price from the next year.
